Tucker is the Golden we built the Golden side of the program around. Four years old, Master Hunter titled, OFA Good hips and elbows, and the kind of drive you usually only see in a field-bred Lab. He's also one of the friendliest dogs in the kennel — comes off the line and goes right to a kid for ear scratches. That's the Golden temperament we want passed down.
Field-bred Goldens with the drive to title at Master Hunter and the temperament to live in a family home are rarer than they should be. We watched Tucker as a pup with another breeder, bought him at 16 weeks, and Sarah finished his MH title at three.
What Tucker brings to the program:
Tucker has sired three Golden litters with us. Pups have gone to hunting families, two service-dog programs, and one therapy-dog handler — every one of them landing exactly where the temperament fit.
Tell us a little about your family or your hunting and we'll talk through the fit. Replies usually within a day or two — Tom, Maggie, or Sarah, never an auto-responder.
